We know all benefits of technical insulation!

In almost all types of industrial branches technical insulation is applied. Many of those industries do not have (anymore) the specific insulation know-how in their own organisation and require support for new build construction or maintenance projects. Following questions are valid. Who will review and evaluate the insulation proposals of contractors or suppliers? Who will assess the quality of a new installed insulation system? Who will inspect existing insulation systems to prevent corrosion under insulation?

Most companies rely on the insulation contractor. A better alternative is to rely on the experience and independent assistance of NCTI.

NCTI has the expertise about all types of technical insulation and associated aspects. Their services include set-up of technical insulation specifications for new construction projects or maintenance organisations, execution of insulation inspections and quality control, performing audits and insulation quick scans. For this matter infrared thermography can be used.

NCTI also can act as an independent intermediate between principal and contractor regarding technical discussions and applications.

Certified CINI Insulation Inspector

Several thermal specialists have completed the inspectors course successfully and are specialized in industrial (proces) insulation. The background of these thermal insulation specialists varies from (NACE) coating inspector to project leader insulation and from manufacturer and supplier to applicator.  In this file CINI Inspectors y.t.d..pdf you will see an overview of all the current'Certified CINI Insulation Inspectors'.

Get to NCTI at info@ncti.nl for more information on the course or the involvement of one of the specialized CINI inspectors for your project.

Inspections can be executed on newly installed and on existing insulation systems. These inspections may reveal insulation systems that are not installed correctly or that are damaged, which eventually result in wet insulation and corrosion under insulation. To detect these defects in an early stage, adequate action can be taken in a scheduled manner. Such an approach will achieve substantial cost savings, by reduced corrosion damage or even prevention of a forced shut down.
